Desired Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 8+ years experience leading large scale Enterprise Data Warehouse Projects
• Must have lot of experience in writing proposals, coming up with solutions to address customers business needs, contribute/provide direction to the teams to create high-level / low-level BI architectures
• Design and develop Tableau visualization solutions
• Work on generating various dashboards in Tableau server using various data source
• Install upgrade Tableau server and server performance tuning for optimization.
• Administer user, user groups, and scheduled instances for reports in Tableau.
• Hands-on development assisting users in creating and modifying worksheets and data visualization dashboards.
• Prepare Dashboards using calculations, parameters in Tableau.
• Should be responsible for Developing Dashboard and preparing ad-Hoc Reporting.
• Experience of Designing and Developing highly interactive Reports and Dashboards.
• Candidate should possess strong BI foundation and understanding of dimensional Modelling.
• Design and meet business criteria and metrics for successful BI implementations
• Should have managed both development and maintenance projects in BI
• Should have good exposure to BI tools and should preferably have hands-on on Informatica / Data Stage / OWB, BO / Cognos / Microstrategy / OBIEE
• Candidate should be willing to travel to US on short term assignments and should be able to handle architecture level discussions with Client teams
• Candidate should be willing to handle multiple Client Teams and must have excellent communication skills in English
• Candidate must have exceptional Team Leading capabilities with the ability to interact with, report out and make recommendations to executive level steering committee
