Job Description:

• Candidates should Prepare Traceability for Requirements Coverage, and done walkthroughs for Requirements Traceability with Functional specification and use cases with BA’s and Test Managers
• Candidates having Sound Experience in Test Management tool Mercury and HP Quality Centre 11.0
• Candidates having Experience on Business Intelligence applications. Involved in Data warehousing application testing both ETL (Cognos) and Reports Tools like (BO, Actuate, Cognos, Webfocus)
• Candidate should Understand the overall project plan and Business Architecture, gather functional and non-functional requirement by working closely with the BA, PM and Development Lead in both Waterfall and Agile Methodology.
• Candidates having experience in leading team involved in testing in end-to-end implementation of Data warehouse business Intelligence engagement.
• Should Manage daily status and progress reporting to all the stakeholders. Chair regular calls/meetings/scrums.
• Experienced in managing team with onsite-offshore model which involves Estimation, Demand forecasting, Resource planning, resource identification, defining Execution Process and Governance Model, Risks identification and Mitigation planning.
• Candidates responsible for providing daily and weekly test summary reports to the clients
• Good knowledge of industry best practices in Software Development and Quality Assurance. Strong ability to effectively manage work on multiple projects and possess time management skills to complete simultaneous tasks.
• Build a testing team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation.
• Aggressively involved in Daily Task Assignment and management of the same, planning weekly schedules and resources for the same, preparing and managing Daily defect Report, Defect metrics report per Build, Creating different Defect metrics for doing Test analysis.
• Managing efficiently QA engineers/QA leads/Senior QA Leads team by coordinating their activities, mentoring them and providing them with guidance and direction to lead them to success.
• Worked as a UAT Test lead for some assignment.
• Involving in Environment Management by managing for all the QA activities like booking environment for test execution, identifying environments, Data Refresh for test activities, proactively planning for other project releases.
• Ensure the Code releases to the environment before the execution and implementation.
